Vintage shops

Looking for some hipperdehip vintage clothes? These are the spots all the hipperdehip people do their shopping. Including us.

  1. Episode - Good stuff. Always something theire for you. Usually stuff you never wear again – like funny hats, unconformable Hawaii shirts, and 70-ties sweaty Adidas vests –  but a good shopping experience. They’re not cheap though.
  2. Zipper - Buy their classic canvas sneakers. I do for 14 years in a row now.
  3. Waterlooplein - basically an open air market. Half garage sale, half Peru blankets &  hats and Dutch secondhand bikes. Lots of tourist / smoking related stuff and marijuana lollipops you don’t want to buy available too.
  4. Spiegelbeeld - Tiny but high quality shop with both noname stuff as well as secondhand designer labels. Think Dolce & Gabbana, Manolo Blahnik, Burberry and Calvin Klein.
  5. Daffodil - Situated in the chic  Oud-Zuid neighborhood, this tiny shop is filled with fashionable designer clothes. Not all of it is top of the range, but you could always find that prada dress …
